• NOTE 3: If no locking/sealing capability is desired, specify " no Tab"following catalog number (except PILCLHCOVA).
  Lockable/sealable covers and devices for use in accordance with applicable codes and requirements.

• NOTE 4: Must be ordered with (any series) push button station/not available for field installation. Includes pull pin with brass chain and audible alarm with protected On/Off microswitch. Alarm sounds when cover is raised, unless microswitch is "Off" position (maintenance)
